Hanny Tjan started her make up artist career in 2004 in Singapore. She graduated with a Professional Make Up Artist Diploma from Cosmoprof School of  Beauty and Make Up International, Singapore. She launched her career showcasing her make up expertise at Esplanade Theater, Singapore and full time employee at one of the biggest photography company in Singapore. Hanny supervised some make up artists in make up department. She was known as a make up artist for Les Contess D’Hoffman ( directed by Paul-Emile Fourny ).

With notable experience in print, fashion, bridal and theater, Hanny wanted to transcend her artistic talents to providing make up for film and television. She moved to California in 2009 to pursue more avenues in make up artistry. She graduated with honors and received  a Special Effects Make Up Artist Certificate from Studio Make Up Academy, Hollywood, CA.

Hanny currently resides in North Hollywood and works as a professional make artist . Some of her latest works include Sal, S.O.S Love! The Million Dollar Contract, Out West, and A White Trash Christmas.
